Why have a business coach?
Working from home at your own business is a thrilling and exciting thing to do, but there is a lot to take on board in a short space of time.

it can be challenging to make a profit at first, and nobody excels at all aspects, however much of an all-rounder you are! Along the way there will be things you are unaware of, you'll be unsure where to go to find something, or exactly how best to go about doing something.

Mistakes can be, and are, frequently made, and these can be costly in times of money and time - the last being something which, if you're an average mum, like me, you aren't likely to be particularly over-endowed with!

What does a business coach do?
Having a business coach is like having a life coach - it's a fast track solution that will help you avoid costly mistakes, work steadily towards your goals and get you there faster and easier than you would have done alone, especially when it's an NLP-trained coach.

But having a business coach is better than having a life coach in many ways, because it's more a mentoring relationship than a purely coaching relationship. It is, in fact, having me as your home or mum business coach will be more like having a much more experienced buddy on your side than anything else, and one who knows where to find things and how to do things, and will share that knowledge with you, as well as cheering you on and helping you focus on what you need to do when you are feeling fed up or discouraged or simply overwhelmed.

What format does business coaching take?
Business coaching takes the format of an hourly weekly session, either by phone, skype, or face to face, where we discuss  you and the business (or your family life, if that is impacting on your business) in detail.

You can contact me as and when necessary in between the sessions, either by phone or by email.

Are there any other bonuses?
